What is a module?

A module is a series of numbered tasks including reading, videos and quizzes organized by the type of learning you'll be doing.

So, one module might contain content general learning about customer service while another might be more specific relating to the sale of Ornaments or other products.
How do I complete a module?

You'll need to complete each task within the module. Start by clicking on a task or clicking Start Next Step at the bottom of the page.

Then, simply consume any content on the task, follow the instructions, and submit any quizzes or forms on the task, you'll see a Mark Complete button at the bottom of the task to complete the task.

Completed tasks can be seen on your Level and Module dashboards and are crossed out to indicate they are completed.

IMPORTANT: You must score 10/10 on all quizzes to pass the quiz. Any quiz you score less than 10/10 will need to be retaken.
What is a task?

Each item within a module is a task. A task might contain a video, reading material, downloads or a quiz.
How do I complete a task?

Each task has a Mark Complete button at the bottom.

However, it will only appear if you have first submitted any quizzes or forms on the task.
How do I restart a quiz?

If you've completed a quiz and would like to restart, you must first click the Mark Complete button on the task (see steps above). Then, return to the task and click Restart Task.

The quiz will reopen allowing you to retake the quiz.
