Although we hope you enjoy your order from Hallmark Awesome Gifts if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order by completing the ‘RETURN SUBMISSION’ form to begin the return procedure and request a refund for your order.
Return Policy
If your purchase isn’t what you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the order paperwork or invoice, and must be received by us within 30 calendar days of your return request being approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: Any Christmas items purchased after Boxing Day are final sale and cannot be returned.
How Long Do I Have to Return an Order?
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
How Do I Ship Back My Order?
To return your order, please follow these steps:

One of our customer service representatives will contact you within 2–3 business days to confirm your return and provide any additional instructions.

Prepare your item for return: Include the original packaging, paperwork, and invoice.

Ship your return using a carrier of your choice to: ‘Hallmark Awesome Gifts 775 Britannia Road West, Unit 6, Mississauga, Ontario L5V 2Y1’.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I Return My Order to One of Your Retail Locations?
Yes! You can return your online order to any of our Hallmark Retail Locations. Please bring your item in its original packaging, along with the order paperwork or invoice. Click here to find a store near you.
Note: Certain items, such as final sale or holiday-specific products, may not be eligible for in-store returns. Be sure to check your order details or contact our Customer Service team if you’re unsure.
How and When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 3–4 business days after receipt of your returned item. Typically, it takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. You’ll also receive an email from one of our Customer Service Representatives confirming that your refund has been processed.
Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Hallmark Awesome Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To help prevent misuse of our Return Policy, we may limit or suspend returns in cases of excessive use, suspected abuse, or fraud.
