Shipping
Regular Parcel shipping does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
We strive to have all orders shipped from our distribution centre within 48 business hours of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from FedEx/Canada Post containing your tracking number and delivery details.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, and other unforeseen events.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Can I order something and send it as a gift to someone else?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. Please note that orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do I have to pay duties or import fees on U.S. orders?
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by U.S. Customs. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What happens if I refuse delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes?
If an order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, the customer will be responsible for any original and return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued for the product value only, but not for the shipping costs.

Will my shipment arrive before Christmas?
While we do our best to meet holiday delivery timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders placed by December 15 are expected to arrive before Christmas based on carrier estimates. However, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs processing may occur.
Missing or Delayed Packages
Any missing or delayed package inquiries must be reported within 10 business days of the expected delivery date so we can promptly assist with a carrier investigation.
Backorders & Partial Shipments
If an item in your order is on backorder or requires additional processing time, you will be notified by email.
If your order contains multiple items, products may ship separately depending on availability.
NOTE: Some products may require additional processing and may take longer to ship. These items will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept any extended processing or shipping timelines associated with these items.
USA Shipping
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees as determined by U.S. Customs. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing times are determined by U.S. Customs and may affect delivery timelines.
If an order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and original shipping charges. Refunds will be issued for the product value only, less any applicable shipping and return fees.
*** Important: As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. suspended the long-standing de minimis exemption (the $800 duty-free threshold) for many international shipments. As a result, shipments that previously may not have incurred duties are now being assessed by U.S. Customs, which is why these charges were applied to your order.***
