Shipping & Handling Charges
Regular Parcel shipping does not “guaranteed” a delivery time. An estimated time is indicated at the time the order is placed. We will not assume responsibility if the package does not reach the destination within the estimated time given. You will be emailed a tracking number and delivery confirmation; Please note a signature will be required to receive your package.
We use the FedEx ground shipping service for orders within Canada. Shipping time varies by province. We will email you a tracking number and delivery confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note a signature will be required to receive your package.

In the event delivery cannot be completed, a notice card will be left for you to pick up your package at the designated postal outlet. After 15 days the package will be returned, but can be re-shipped at AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AT your expense. In the event you opt out of re-shipment, we can refund to you the amount of your order minus the original shipping charges. Please note Canada Post delivery times for residential deliveries are 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday.
We strive to have all orders leave our Online Distribution Centre: within 24 of receiving. You will be notified by email of any delays.

Can I order something and send it as a gift to someone else?
Yes! You can most definitely do this. Make sure you select the gift wrap option and we will wrap your gift and ship it for you! If you have any further questions regarding this, contact us 905-336-4274 or email@example.com
Will my shipment arrive before Christmas?
If you place your order prior to December 15, it will be delivered in time for Christmas. However, you always have the option to contact us 905-336-4274 or firstname.lastname@example.org and request express shipping (at an additional cost to you).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, however, you only have 5 hours to cancel an order after you have placed it. For additional help, please speak with a customer service representative by calling 905-336-4274.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We ship via Canada Post and they state that it takes 5 - 7 business days to arrive.
Can I place an order to be shipped internationally?
At this time we only ship to North America.
