Job Location: Hallmark Brantford, Lynden Park Mall
Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Type:  Part-time
Pay Rate: $16.55 per hour

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for every customer. From helping customers find thoughtful gifts and greeting cards to maintaining attractive merchandise displays and supporting seasonal promotions, you'll help make every visit to Hallmark Brantford memorable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Help customers find the perfect cards, gifts, ornaments, and seasonal products.

• Provide product recommendations based on customers' needs and occasions.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.

• Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory as required.

• Create attractive merchandise displays and maintain Hallmark merchandising standards.

• Support seasonal promotions and new product launches.

• Work independently when required while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail experience.

• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to climb a ladder and lift 25 lbs.

• Previous merchandising or display experience is considered an asset.

Schedule

• Part-time hours.

• 4 to 8-hour shifts.

• Day, evening, morning, and weekend availability is required.

• Flexible availability is considered an asset.
