These hand-carved sculptures speak in quiet ways to heal, comfort, protect and inspire. Willow Tree figurines are recognizable by their simplicity of form and absence of facial expression.
The artist, Susan Lordi, identifies emotions important for us to convey, and renders them in simple, pure gestures; the tilt of a head, the placement of hands, or the turn of the body.
Willow Tree Angels and Figurines are cast in wood-look resin from the original carving and then painted by hand.
